Dr. Urs Lustenberger is Executive Director and Managing Partner at Strategic Swiss Partners. Dr. Lustenberger is the long-serving president of the Swiss Asian Chamber of Commerce frequently consulted by governmental, legal and economic councils and frequently speaks at governmental and legal conferences on Asia-Pacific business topics and regularly holds presentations in the field of international commercial arbitration in Asia and Europe. Dr. Lustenberger was admitted to the Zurich bar, and all Swiss Courts in 1988. He has also acted with several law firms across the course of his expansive career. Dr. Nawrath started his career in the HealthCare sector at the Max-Planck-Institute for Molecular Genetics in Berlin as scientist. At the University of Berlin and as physician at the Havelklinik he then completed his MD degree, specialised on glaucoma research, intensive care medicine and orthopedic surgery. His strong analytical skills brought him 1994 to the University of Zurich as a Senior Scientist and Project Leader in Medical Virology, Oncology and experimental Rheumatology. In the year 2000 he then changed to the financial sector applying his in-debt qualifications of the Healthcare industry as Fund Manager Global Biotech at CS First Boston, managing funds over US$ 150 million and becoming spokes person for TV and PR articles as well as leading investments in the Private Equity and stock markets. Mrs. Sylvie Zhou is Executive Director at Strategic Swiss Partners and Managing Partner for Business Development between China and Europe. Mrs. Zhou is also co-founder and President of SSP China – Gu Ruilai Consulting Management Co Ltd, SSP Medical & Life Science Co Ltd and SSP Sports – Gu Ruilai Sports Culture Development Co Ltd. Growing up in Shanghai, Mrs. Zhou has later been living and working for over 20 years in Europe. Studying in Switzerland for several years she accomplished her bachelor in hotel management at the Les Roches hotel management school in Lausanne and her traditional Chinese background combined with strong pioneering, entrepreneurship spirit lead her to invest in her own gastronomy business in the French part of Switzerland. Dr. Mathias Rodenstein is Executive Director and Managing Partner, heading the Project Management team at Strategic Swiss Partners. He holds a PhD in Science from ETH Zurich and a Master of Science in Physics from TU Dresden having spent part of his studies at EPFL Lausanne and St. Petersburg State University. His professional skills expand over a vast field of business sectors. Dr. Rodenstein began his professional career at a Swiss strategy consultancy company, leading the development of an international CHF 500m+ business expansion project before joining PwC, Zurich as Senior Project Manager in the Financial Services. His analytical risk management approach combined with his passion for technology and science and his strong networking skills led him to head large scale company projects. As Senior Investment Manager at the British Embassy in Berne, besides leading 50+ yearly projects, Dr. Rodenstein maintained public relationships, the coordination of official events and ministerial visits as well as the support of business development for large Swiss companies, such as Nestlé and UBS, overseeing a combined project portfolio of over CHF 1.5 billion.

Mr. Markus Helbling is Executive Director and Managing Partner, heading the Marketing & Communication at Strategic Swiss Partners and SSP Sports. Markus is Founder and Managing Director of CLUE Solutions Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and worked as a Director Media and Communications at Asian Football Confederation (AFC). His company CLUE offers Swiss companies business consultancy and offshoring services in Southeast Asia, including marketing, public relations and communication in various industries (e.g. energy, health care, media, sports). Markus has years of proven experience in the areas of general management, business development, marketing and communication. In Switzerland, he worked for big name media companies like CH Media, Swiss Radio and Television (SRF) and Ringier in the media and sports industry for over twelve years.
