Zug , Switzerland – 8 April 2026 – Nice Tech Holding AG (Nice Tech), a Switzerland-based technology company, in partnership with Strategic Swiss Partners AG (SSP), is pleased to announce the successful official launch of project “Nice Tech Malaysia,” a strategic initiative designed to establish a strong operational presence in Malaysia and accelerate expansion into the broader Southeast Asian market.
The launch brought together senior leadership from Nice Tech and SSP, alongside distinguished representatives from key Malaysian institutions, including the Embassy of Malaysia in Switzerland and the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA).
The participation of MIDA underscores the strategic significance of project “Nice Tech Malaysia” and reflects Malaysia’s continued commitment to attracting high-value foreign direct investment, facilitating technology transfer, and advancing sustainable industrial development. As Malaysia’s principal investment promotion agency, MIDA plays a pivotal role in enabling international partnerships that strengthen the country’s position as a competitive and innovation-driven regional hub for growth across ASEAN.

Project “Nice Tech Malaysia” reflects a shared commitment to deepening bilateral cooperation between Switzerland and Malaysia. The initiative is intended to position Malaysia as a strategic gateway for the introduction and scaling of Nice Tech’s advanced solutions across the ASEAN region.
At the core of the initiative is Nice Tech’s advanced freezing technology, which enables food products to be frozen while maintaining their natural structure, texture, flavor, and visual appearance after defrosting. This results in higher product quality, extended shelf life, and improved efficiency across cold storage and supply chains, particularly for high-value and sensitive food products. With this technology, Nice Tech contributes to enhancing the value, quality, and international competitiveness of food products, supporting Malaysia’s ambition to strengthen its position as a leading regional hub for high-value production and exports.
Fabian Mahalingam, Managing Partner of SSP stated:
“Project Nice Tech Malaysia reflects our commitment to strengthening bilateral ties and creating a gateway for Swiss innovation to access Southeast Asia through Malaysia.”
Fabian Finke, Chief Executive Officer of Nice Tech added:
“Malaysia represents a compelling opportunity as a regional platform. We are excited to collaborate with SSP to drive innovation, foster investment, and support sustainable growth across the region.”
Building on the successful launch and strong support from Malaysian authorities, Nice Tech and SSP are planning a delegation visit to Malaysia end of April to engage with stakeholders across government, institutional, and private sectors. The visit will focus on technology deployment, investment facilitation, and long-term partnership development, laying the foundation for future collaboration across Southeast Asia.
