Dr. Mathias Rodenstein

Dr. Mathias Rodenstein is Executive Director and Managing Partner, heading the Project Management team at Strategic Swiss Partners. He holds a PhD in Science from ETH Zurich and a Master of Science in Physics from TU Dresden having spent part of his studies at EPFL Lausanne and St. Petersburg State University. His professional skills expand over a vast field of business sectors. Dr. Rodenstein began his professional career at a Swiss strategy consultancy company, leading the development of an international CHF 500m+ business expansion project before joining PwC, Zurich as Senior Project Manager in the Financial Services. His analytical risk management approach combined with his passion for technology and science and his strong networking skills led him to head large scale company projects.

As Senior Investment Manager at the British Embassy in Berne, besides leading 50+ yearly projects, Dr. Rodenstein maintained public relationships, the coordination of official events and ministerial visits as well as the support of business development for large Swiss companies, such as Nestlé and UBS, overseeing a combined project portfolio of over CHF 1.5 billion.
