YBhg. Datuk' Benjamin Reynauld President of SSP Global Energy Solutions Ltd and Member of the Global Advisor Board Strategic Swiss Partners AG. Datuk Benjamin Reynauld, a Mechanical Engineer with 50 years hands-on experience in upstream broad based engineering projects in the oil, gas and energy sector, was a senior member on the Board of Camper Marine Pte Ltd, where he headed its operation of over 3000 multidiscipline employees, including 600 senior technical expatriates involved in the successful completion of several major oil and gas engineering projects. He was instrumental in the implementation of latest innovations and technologies in several international oil and gas companies. Datuk Benjamin is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Management. He founded SPR Energy (M) Sdn Bhd, in 1992 and was its Managing Director until 31 December 2017. SPR Energy started as a foremost engineering company in the energy sector. In the late nineties, it concentrated solely on power generation as an independent power producer. Currently, Datuk Benjamin is actively involved in infrastructure and engineering projects that utilises green technology with artificial intelligence to protect the environment and its inhabitants, both offshore and onshore. Datuk Benjamin was recently awarded the prestigious "Asia Pacific Excellent Entrepreneur Lifetime Achievement Award", by KSI Strategic Institute Asia Pacific.

Mr Brandtzag is the founder and Executive Chairman of Burel Industries naptha cracker project in Malaysia. Mr. Brandtzag earned a Master's Degree in Nuclear Physics from Sweden, and an MBA from the University of Warwick, UK. He worked on pricing and hedging spread options on the London Mercantile Exchange. He spent several years in the oil industry in Norway on a series of projects before becoming Head of Strategic Planning for AMEX in the Middle East and North Africa. Mr. Brandtzag was the pioneer who developed and built the first private independent polypropylene plant; from concept to public listing (IPO). Mr. Brandtzag served as Executive Director to a number of publicly listed financial holding groups in Europe. In conjunction with Mr. Brandtzag' international finance background, he actively evaluates, sources and negotiates financing packages with global banking and finance institutions, private equity firms designed for Burel Industries' own project development initiatives. Additionally, Mr. Brandtzag further has architected the complete development of Burel Industries naphtha cracker project in Malaysia from detailed financial modelling, financing, international contract development, technology evaluation, negotiation and final  selection, EPC evaluation and selection, negotiated and secured multi-billion dollar feedstock and production off-take agreements.

Dr. Andrea Manzoni

Dr. Manzoni is responsible for Petrochemicals with Strategic Swiss Partners. Dr. Manzoni holds a Doctor in Industrial and Managerial Engineering from Milan University, Chartered Engineer and MBA. He has a wide working experience in upstream and downstream sectors, especially petrochemical industries, including construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and operations and maintenance. He has personally managed projects with over and above 2000 people in hardship locations around the world for most of the major corporations of the industry (e.g., Chevron, BG, Eni, NOC Libya, Total and Shell) and became the Senior Managerial Advisor for the largest private polypropylene/polyethylene plant in Saudi Arabia. With particular reference to special activities like shut downs and turnarounds, he engineered, tested and executed a new organizational approach for Eni, Chevron and British Gas, setting up a new standard in the industry. During the last period he performed as COO in Central Asia for one of the largest private general contractor companies in Europe. Dr. Manzoni is a co-architect in the development of Burel Industries naphtha cracker project in Malaysia.

Mr Devraj

Mr Devraj is a member of the Global Advisory Board and Vice President of SSP Global Energy Solutions Ltd for Central and Eastern Europe and contributes his expertise and experience to Strategic Swiss Partners. Devraj heads up several business consortiums in Asia operating in the sectors of power, energy and real estate. He brings knowledge of private banking and financial instruments and, as an established venture capitalist, manages his own diverse portfolio of investments. During his early 30s, Devraj worked for the World Bank in the US and served over three years in the upper management of a Middle Eastern sovereign fund based in Zurich. Devraj is originally from Singapore and speaks several languages fluently. He was educated both in the UK and the US, where he graduated with a Master’s in Business Administration in the state of Illinois. He has since spent the last 20 years in Central Europe and Russia during which time he has successfully supervised many acquisitions involving major Asian companies in Central and Eastern European markets. He was also advisor to an Asian government in resolving complex matters in Eastern Europe during the 1990s through to the 2000s. As of 13 of December 2017, he had been nominated by the members of the city council of ODESSA, Ukraine, and appointed by authority of the mayor as the Foreign Direct investment Ambassador to the City of Odessa, Ukraine.

Pawel Jarczewski

(currently Grupa Azoty Zaklady Azotowe „Pulawy" S.A.), Vice-President of the European Fertilizer Manufacturers Association (currently Fertilizers Europe), Development Director, CTL Logistics S.A, Commercial Director, Manager of Investment Procurement Department for Zaklady Azotowe „Pulawy" S.A., Head of the  Acquisition and Coordination Team for PROZAP. In addition, Mr Jarczewski was a member of supervisory boards in subsidiaries owned by Zaklady Azotowe Pulawy S.A. and of the Supervisory Board of Baltycka Baza Masowa sp z.o.o. Pawel is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, Foreign Trade Faculty, Master of Science in economics and organisation of foreign trade.

Rafał Szydlik

Energy market expert working in the industry since 2009, co-creator of several projects in the energy industry, operating to this day. Extensive experience in sales, creating business structures and teams. Thanks to his experience at every stage of the energy company’s activity, Mr Szydlik qualifications in creating and optimising processes, wholesale purchases of electricity and gas fuel. He has held several sales management positions throughout the country, created the XPOT product, i.e. a new formula for price formation for small and medium-sized companies, which has been widely distributed in the Polish market. A proven trainer with substantive and sales knowledge. For over a decade, he was responsible for the development and realisation of strategy channels, acquisition of B2B and B2C partners and clients, supervising current sales channels, creation and supervision of the customer service department, preparation, and implementation of new sales products. Rafał was responsible for financial outcomes of supervised channels and cash flow.

Tee Ting Cham

Mr Tee Ting Cham holds a MBA in Finance from Charles Sturt University, Australia and is currently a member of the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICS). He started his banking career in 1982 and he had more than 35 years of experience in the local banking industry. He had served in various senior positions during his tenure in Bank Utama, RHB Bank and Hong Leong Bank and covered areas in Corporate, Commercial and Small & Medium Enterprise (SMEs) where his responsibilities include supervising, developing cross-functional business opportunities as well as maintaining close working relationship with bank’s business partners. He later served as Chief Operating Officer with Asia Development & Investment Bank where he was tasked with the implementation of policies set by the Board of Directors as well as managing the day-to-day bank’s operations in such a way that utilized limited resources to create maximum value to the shareholders. He is currently the Managing Director of Asia Wealth Advisory Limited , a Labuan offshore company specialising in financial advisory and consultancy services for investment opportunity in Labuan.

Ong Lean Seng has expertise and experience in project management, contract management and business development for having served in both public and private sectors. He started his career initially as railway signalling engineer and has since served in different capacities in a variety of specialised fields and niche sectors by being maintenance engineer, design engineer and testing engineer for railway systems works as well as train operations before his involvement in execution of large-scale turnkey railway infrastructure projects covering urban rail transportation systems, mainline railways and high speed railway. Ong has gained experience in project management and business developments in countries such as China, Malaysia, Thailand, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Indonesia, Philippines, India, Sri Lanka, Iran, Turkey, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
 

Ir Foo Jong Wee

Foo Jong Wee holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland. He is a Professional Engineer registered with Board of Engineers, Malaysia and a Chartered Engineer with Engineering Council, United Kingdom. Foo has more than 30 years of cumulative consulting experience in electrical engineering for the Public Works Department in the Ministry of Works, Malaysia, Serete Industries and including an extremely successful 17 years as the Managing Director of Norman Disney & Young, Malaysia, leading and growing his office to be the top of the market. He is highly experienced in building services, power generation, and renewable energy. His major projects include Gleneagles Hospital, Kuala Lumpur, SPR Energy’s 100MW Combined Cycle Power Plant, Sabah, and a bidding exercise for Large Scale Solar (LSS3) scheme Malaysia. Currently, he is the Business & Technical Advisor at SSP Global Energy Solutions Ltd, Parktech Solutions Sdn Bhd, CHT International Sdn Bhd, BDA Consulting Sdn Bhd, Neumatix Sdn Bhd and DSGN Development Sdn Bhd.

Edward Wilson

Edward Wilson holds a master’s degree in Polymer Science from Loughborough University. He was employed for 25 years in various roles by the Dow Chemical Company. He was a member of Dow Europe’s Capital Committee and instrumental in bringing about the €5 billion acquisition and upgrading of a substantial portion of the former East German chemical assets. In 1997 he joined Koch Industries as Managing Director Europe, Middle East and Africa. Edward was backed by Deutsche Morgan Grenfel (London) to lead a management buy-in of the €1.5 billion epoxy resin business of CIBA Specialty Chemicals of Switzerland. He served for six years as the senior non-executive director on the board of Elementis Plc (ELM: LSE). Edward has consulted for JP Morgan Cazenove, Deutsche Bank, the State General Reserve Fund of Oman and many other governments, industrial groups and financial institutions. He is a Director at Aliatis Fund.

Alex Jonesco

Alex Jonesco lic. oec. HSG / MBA is a Partner with Strategic Swiss Partners. Anders Röstin

Anders Röstin brings with him over twenty years of financial, strategic and sales experience from KPMG Advisory and Sydkraft (an EON subsidiary). As partner at KPMG, he headed Corporate Finance (2002-2007) and subsequently Infrastructure & Energy (2007-2013), gaining extensive experience with the financial and strategic agendas of the energy, transport and governmental sectors. His in-depth understanding of the energy market and financial aspects of regulation, governance and partnerships is well respected.
